Is it possible to connect to a Jitsi meet room and record the conference from server side #40

A really big thank you to the contributors of this project for a great work, the examples are straight forward and easy to follow, however is there a way to connect to a Jitsi room and record the conference from server side, just like Jibri. A a basic example would help a lot to understand the connection process.
