Is anybody familiar with this?
My local machine does not have this issue. Seems only happening in digital ocean behind Cloudflare.
Is it encoding or timeout?

You need to handle error like this where Internet is cut off in the middle of an upload. Does not happen locally since it is pretty much instantaneous.
