Unsupported items

Let me start by saying I absolutely love this plugin. I've checked out many shop plugins, but this is the first one with preset well-balanced prices, which was all I was looking for. Adapting those to supply and demand, and the ease of trading, is more than I hoped to ever find. Well done! The only downside is that not all items are supported.

Describe the bug
Some items cannot be sold.

Steps To Reproduce
Selling tuff or colored wool leads to a message that no market for those exists. (There may be more items like this.)

Expected behavior
I'd like to be able to sell all items, either by default with a preset price or through an option to add items manually with a starting price based on similar items.

Did you add those items to shops.yml?
