What does this PR do

  1. Corrects the invalid links in mod fanotify, I am actually surprised that they weren't detected in our CI.
  2. Add more links to this module.

I am actually surprised that they weren't detected in our CI.

I guess #[warn(rustdoc::broken_intra_doc_links)] won't catch all the unresolved links?🤔
