Added a small trick to cache apt packages. This effectively reduces time and avoids downloading the download of the full fsl package (what includes frequent downtimes).
Additionally, added AFNI to test these interfaces.
EDIT: first build (without cache), setting up fsl and afni took <4m, vs. the >20min. that takes the full fsl download. Also, setting up the cache is much faster.
