Summary

The changelog is automatically generated, with the categories being determined by labels on the PR.

This should be documented in CONTRIBUTING.rst

Add notes on use of auto similarish to datalad: https://github.com/datalad/datalad/blob/maint/CONTRIBUTING.md#releasing-with-github-actions-auto-and-pull-requests but without scriv and without semver- prefix.
