Fatal error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND #27

Occasionally I am getting this error when trying to run htmlangular. If I run it again eventually it will work. If it happens, it happens right away and not in the middle or anything. Do you know what is causing this and how to prevent it?

Running "htmlangular:templates" (htmlangular) task
Fatal error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND

So my guess is that somehow it's not finding the validator servers. That would explain the intermittent-ness.
