What

If we introduce GitHub with 'How to' guides on how to use GitHub

Then users will gain a better understanding of what GitHub is and how we use it

We know this works;

When we compare how people feel before and after.
We can conduct a survey - do people feel intimidated, before and after.
We can also monitor the increase in number of people using GitHub (data from GitHub API)
