What

If we introduce GitHub with 'How to' guides on how to use GitHub

Then users will gain a better understanding of what GitHub is and how we use it

We know this works;

  • When we compare how people feel before and after.
  • We can conduct a survey - do people feel intimidated, before and after.
  • We can also monitor the increase in number of people using GitHub (data from GitHub API)

Task list

  • Baseline the as-is situation
  • Prototype/Pilot
  • Test/Monitor
  • Record outcomes of change
