  • Decide if needed - we will not be proactively arranging a meeting. Only if a meeting is needed urgently.
  • Arrange room - not needed - we'll do it remotely
  • Fix date (and for Feb and March) - @lucyhA, could we have a chat please?
  • Arrange Teams meeting - @lucyhA
  • Firm up agenda
  • Make sure that GitHub is up to date
  • Share agenda and info about topics up for discussion - by email, on NHS.UK and NHS digital service manual Slack
  • Prepare slides
  • Share slides ahead of meeting - on #content channel and by email with PHE and BSA ahead of time
