NHS.UK's Information Architecture team expect to have findings from their work that are worth sharing more widely via the service manual.

Why

Their IA findings will be well tested on the NHS website and will be of value to other services in the health and care sector.

Before starting

• Meet with the IA team to discuss modified components

Tasks

• Build prototype
• Carry out card sort - IA team
• Review card sort
• Carry out content review of 1st tranche of guidance
• Carry out usability testing of IA prototype
• Iterate 1st tranche after UR
• Cut back prototype to 1st tranche only
