Matching username formatting #48

@BigJazzz You can already accomplish this with the Role Based configs if you have the same Discord roles as Minecraft ranks. I personally already have mine set up this way. |
As promised, here's the screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/i3kj9vr97c8e560/253506170200.png?dl=0 (Doing this on my phone at the moment, so apologies for the Dropbox link). As you can see, in game I have my name formatted, however the messages from Discord comes through plain. On the topic of prefixes, would you mind providing a quick example of your setup with roles/prefixes? I'm not sure how the prefixes array in the config file should be structured. |
Oh ya that's not gonna happen... at least the name won't. There's no real link between Discord and Minecraft account yet to be able to read your nickname/displayname. But the rank you can do... |
Damn! That would be amazing if the stars aligned and it could work. And thanks for the examples! |
Actually this may work if the player already did |
Thank you. |
Similar to #14 I was wondering if there were plans to match the user/nickname of the Discord user with their in-game name, and thus format it the same, so people don't see two different names/name styles.
I'll try to get some screenshots of what I'm referring to so it's easier to understand.
