Click select button in the small screen and the list item is passively triggered

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Zoom to a small window or scroll the select component to the edge of the window
2. Click select component button, open the popover
3. list item maybe triggered

Expected behavior

I expect only the popover list item to open.
but the list item is selected and the popover closed.
