idea: pass on the desired Nextcloud version, and the script takes care of everything else, from changing the version data, to creating the pull request, adding and updateing the new version at the app center. Testing and pushing the approval button are still left as manual steps. Testing, because it still needs VMs, approving because it is intended like this by Univention.
Perhaps this can be changed to a github action however.
