nextcloud all in one "could not perform installation of ExApp"

Hi,

When trying to install Local Image Generation: Stable Diffusion Version 1.0.3 on nextcloud all-in-one 10.6.1 => 31.0.0 hub 10 I get the following error in the web page "could not perform installation of ExApp"

When I go in settings/admin/app_api and I do "test deploy" on the preconfigured deploy daemon (I checked the box during install) it works:

"AppAPI will try to install small skeleton ExApp to verify Daemon configured correctly and deployment steps are passing.
The following Deploy test checks must be passed to succeed: (6 / 6) "

I don't know where to look for logs.

This might be related to nextcloud/app_api#517, which is fixed in nextcloud/app_api#518
