The offline warning seams to be hard-coded (cannont be translated) and the "lastSave" information is not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn your UI in French
2. Open a text document
3. Wait for activity timeout (offline)

Expected behavior

• "Offline, changes will be saved when online" should be translated, but it doesn't exist in Transifex, so I think it's hard-coded
• Put your mouse cursor over this wording and see that the "lastSave" variable is not replaced by a correct value.
