[Bug]: ONLYOFFICE form templates cannot be created in a shared folder #44403

Bug description

The issue concerns an ONLYOFFICE specific feature, but we believe the cause is on Nextcloud's end. It looks like the file choosing dialog is intialised incorrectly for anonymous users. Let me know if you need further information from our side.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Connect ONLYOFFICE Docs to Nextcloud using the official connector app
  2. Create a folder
  3. Share the folder via an external link with full access
  4. Open the folder with an anonymous user via the link
  5. Create a blank form template (+ New -> New form template -> Blank)

Result: the file is not created and multiple errors are displayed in the browser's console.

Expected behavior

The file is created as expected.
