[Bug]: File upload conflict modal can not be closed #41769

Bug description
The file upload conflict modal has a close button but it can't be clicked. Nothing happens. Neither does when I click outside the modal.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a folder
- Download an existing file
- Upload the same file again
Expected behavior
Conflict dialogue shows, which I can close to discard the upload.
