Steps to reproduce

  1. Create two groups. One groups should allow sharing but the other not.
  2. Navigate to .../settings/admin/sharing
  3. Under the "Sharing" heading, click on "Exclude groups from sharing".

Expected behaviour

A drop down menu listing the available groups should be displayed. Groups can be selected from this list.

Actual behaviour

A text box is revealed but no drop down menu. Please see Chrome Developer Tools screen grab below for details on the actual JavaScript error.
