Steps to reproduce

1. Create a team (2+ participants)
2. Participant1 shares a file with the team

Expected behaviour

3. Participant2 should be able to see the file in 'Shared with you'

Tested against circles tag v31.0.8

Actual behaviour

3. Participant2 does not see a share

Reproducible in Files app and Talk CI since #2090 merged

Server configuration

Web server: Apache/Nginx

Database: Maria (PostgreSQL in CI)

PHP version: 8.3

Nextcloud version: stable31 / main
