Importing and posting samples

Issues have occured in the past when people imported brain samples by post, where samples ran out of dry ice:
JJ said: "Hi Isidora, yes we lost a cohort of tissue as they got stuck on the way from NBB. I think the courier was DHL but Diana Benitez can confirm as she coordinates our tissue. Biocair seems to be a lot lot better but again Diana can advise."
SM said: "We now use Biocair - they are expensive but guarantee topping up ice and safe delivery. The bad experience was with UPS."
So all samples imported to the lab should use Biocair for postage
