Use of very old docker-socket-proxy version

Please note that the use of

  docker_socket_proxy:
    image: tecnativa/docker-socket-proxy

in monitoring.yml.j2 without an image version will default to a 3 year old version with haproxy 1.9.16.

I think it's really disappointing and dangerous that they don't update latest image tag.
