Hi, I have added validation for new keywords dependentRequired and dependentSchemas added in 2019-09 json schema draft. The logic has been simply splitted from already existing DependenciesValidator (as well as the logic of the new keywords).
There is one thing I'm not sure about, which is chinese translation. I have just used translator for this purpose, please check correctness if possible.
The test cases were taken from the official json schema repository.
