This commit adds the compilation directory debug information for ELF files. This feature helps debuggers locate the source file when debugging. The feature is already present for Mach-O files.

The problem is fixed by calling nasm_free appropriately. I had to remove const from pointers because I get -Wdiscarded-qualifiers warning otherwise, because nasm_free takes non-const pointer. Hi!
I am proposing this patch to add compilation directory debug information in ELF files. This helps locate the source code file during debugging sessions if they are not in one of the default directories.
I did not add any tests for this (I tested it manually), but would appreciate any suggestions for testing the feature.
