Netbox Plugins: Attachments or Documents?

Hi,

I was wondering, what are the "big" differences between the plugins "Attachments" and "Documents"?
What are the significant difference between both plugins? Why would you use one over the other? What can the one do what the other one cannot do?
I don't want to burn down any of them or create a fight between the two, I assume they each have their merit.
I'm just curious, and trying to make the best choice
for example :

• document previews (pdf)
• picture previews
• adding documentation on location, rack, device level
• documentation can be word, excel, visio, pdf....

I'm thinking of adding some documentation to our Netbox:

• pictures of racks (also pictures over time, for example a picture every 6 months)
• pictures of locations
• audit documents per rack (word, pdf, ...)
• other documents per rack (word, pdf, visio)
