Build/Release Engineer (UK/EU or US)

We're looking for a skilled Build/Release Engineer with 5+ years of experience integrating, building, and packaging diverse software components for multiple delivery models including cloud and on-premise enterprise environments. In this fully remote position, you will play a critical role in managing build and release processes for our software solutions.

Customer Support Engineer (US - East Coast)

This position is for a Customer Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience. In this role, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor for our customers. You will provide technical guidance to our customers to help them maximize the value they receive from our products. This will help customers achieve business outcomes that lead to product adoption, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
