How to import again?

Hello,

I am fairly new with using Linux and git commands and such. As I normally deal with Windows servers most of the time, but I am trying to see if Netbox will work for us to track some of systems adin VMs. Anyways I don't see in the README any directions on re-running this again and talking to a coworker who does more of our Linux systems he thought some of the commands listed might be different if you run it again and wanted to see if I can get some questions answers.

1. Would I re-run step 1 again full or just a portion of it to get into the virtual environment? If we do run the full thing would I also change git clone to git pull?
2. Also wondering where most people install it on. My coworker suggest in the /opt directory and then make a folder there for this. I seen screenshots of people putting this into the netbox directory.
