Add uploading and downloading files

It would be great to see uploading files using drag and drop onto Qusly, and downloading files by dragging to desktop.

I'm working on parallel transfers in Qusly-Core. Also there is a branch in Qusly with an early implementation of file transfer. I expect this task to be fully finished in new year.
