Define all colors relative to a base (negative or positive) to have a similar light and dark that can be toggled between.

How are we gonna do it? Via the css modules' @value?
I myself quite like it, as it makes modules' dependencies explicit, unlike SASS.

won't be done for 1.0.0; although we already have CSS Modules and Theming support in place; so it could be done in an extension.
