This repo contains a fully functional implementation of the Microsoft NearShare protocol that can interop with the windows built-in sharing functionality (See Project Rome).
There's also an android app to share (send and receive) files and websites between your phone and PC using this lib.

This is a new Xamarin.Android project based on net7.0.
You can use Visual Studio or the dotnet cli to build and deploy the app.
