Hi @corneliusroemer, Thanks for opening this issue. We plan to share the source code on Github sometime soon. Best, Eric Cox, PhD [Contractor] (he/him/his) |
Hi @corneliusroemer, Just wanted to provide an update on this. At some point this was included but then removed for reasons that are no longer relevant. Our intention is to have this restored by the end of the year (end of Dec 2023) as resourcing allows. |
Hi @corneliusroemer, Wanted to provide another update - we haven't forgotten about this request! We missed our end of the year goal unfortunately, there were too many higher priority issues that had to be addressed. I'm continuing to keep this flagged internally, but I'm hesitant to put a date on it at this point due to resourcing (unfortunately there are more internal things that have to happen beyond just uploading the code into a repository). Thanks for the patience! |
Any updates on this? It would be nice to be able to have multiple avenues to address bugs and errors when they arise:
Anyways, I understand that there are always other factors at play behind the scenes, so thanks in advance for any info! |
Hi dtdoering, Thank you for pinging this issue. We apologize for the delay in making the source code available. Due to other institute priorities, we have not been able to focus on this release. However, we hope to work on it over the summer and make it available as soon as possible. Thanks again for your patience! Nuala Nuala A. O'Leary, PhD |
I've noticed that this repo doesn't contain the source code - to get the source code one needs to look at the release artefacts.
Is there a reason you are not putting the full code here on Github? That would make it easier to inspect and reference in issues.
Would be great if you could just mirror at least the source code that goes into packages here.
