Proposed change

Add an option to determine from which revision to start watching.

Use case

In the current watch, it's not possible to determine from which revision to start; it always has to start from the first revision. In situations with a large amount of data and unstable network conditions, this will result in wasted bandwidth.

Contribution

I think I can take on this via StartSequence of SubOpt.
