Oh, good point. No, there's no reason, although in the past people have become antsy sometimes when master and stable ziglua diverge. |

This adds a missing
ioconstruction topatch.zig. I think that this solution likely breaks backwards-compatibility with 0.15, so I'm not sure the best way forward for merging it.
