How to build your tactile screen?

##Hardware requirements

You will need a computer screen or a vertical surface (wall...) ; and a projector, kinect. You will also need to print in A3 format the following file: sketchbook/libraries/PapARt/data/markers/big-calib.svg.

##Application used

You will work with the PlaneSetCalibration application. Please see its documentation for further information.

##Let's go!

Put your screen in front of your papart harware. Set the camera, kinect and projector to face the screen. We recommand you to fix the calibration sheet big-calib to your screen with tape.

Launch the PlaneSetCalibration on your projector (see here for more details).

If you're having troubles during the calibration you can launch the application TouchVisualization

(Processing: File > Exemples... > Contributed Librairies > Papart > calib > TouchVisualization)

and work with the plane up, plane down buttons to make the planar surface higher or lower ; it is properly calibrated when a hand touching the surface is shown but the whole surface is black.

You can test your calibration with the MultiTouchDetails example.

Enjoy!
