"default" value for parameters in command parameter input panel

Every time I want to start TO telemetry, I have to provide the IP address (of 127.0.0.1), there should be a way to define a default value for a field in the parameter input panel.

Describe the solution you'd like
Unsure how this would work, perhaps a special file containing defaults (per command panel) like to_lab.defaults or somesuch.

Could also add it on the software side. If the field in the command is empty just use localhost.
