nannou-new and nannou-package crates not being published

Hello, and thank you for all your work!

I noticed that the nannou-new and nannou-package crates on crates.io are still on v0.1.1 and v0.1.0 respectively and I'm wondering if that is intentional, or just a tiny oversight?

It appears that they just need entries in the workflows config?

Thanks for the issue @kneitinger!

Both crates need a little overhaul I think before we recommend them for general use just yet, but you're right we could probably enable them for auto-publishing either way. I think originally I held off because I was concerned the publish action in the workflow might time out if we added nannou-new because of having to build the cargo dependency (see #606), but it might be fine to add either way.
