PyInstaller for Windows binaries is already there; what exactly are you requesting? Linux packages and an installer to Windows Program Files?

Windows binaries are not offered separately from FreeSpeechMe, are they? And yes, a Windows installer.

That's correct, right now we're not distributing Windows binaries outside of FreeSpeechMe. It would be good to start doing that at some point. See #36 for a potential way to do a Windows installer with minimal effort (and with other benefits).
