running cargo check revealed type errors due to the rtp crate
upgrading the rtp crate fixes the issue
additionally have upgraded iroh to v0.35, this PR also uses my fork of iroh-roq which has the fixes for the same rtp crate issue also present in iroh-roq n0-computer/iroh-roq#5
