blur every windows and application in kde Make sure you are using kubuntu 19.04 or later, then change OPENGL 2.0 to OPENGL 3.0, and fully enable the blur in setting.
Download file to ~/xporp/, and add to startup:
"cd ~/xporp/" | nohup '~/xporp/timer1'
You can make every windows opacity 80% to enhance the effective.
