[feature request] Add another filter option: uptime #399

I would like to suggest that another filter be added for VPN users to find nodes based on the nodes uptime.

For example,

I want to see the residential nodes that have been up the longest (longest uptime)

Then the list progresses downwards with the next best residential node based on uptime.
