Include in images checkbox doesn't work

"Include in images" checkbox doesn't work in TB 1.5.1 php 8.2.

Hello, the theme I created this for is entirely custom and it requires modification of the product template file to show up in the images.

As far as I know (I'm not an expert) there is no way to hook into the list of images, or how they are displayed.

(even if it requires modification of product.tpl). I'm no expert as well, and no programmer, just trying to stucture bulk of info on product page to make visitors less scroll on mobile devices. That's why I returned tabs in Niara using this guide https://thirtybees.com/developer-blog/adding-tabs-to-the-product-page/ and as far as I understand it uses ($HOOK_PRODUCT_TAB}.
