Jupyterlab in conda is 0.35, but jupytext is 1.2, this create an error please put into README info about need of specific version installation

Hello @marco-matta96 , sure we can do that. To make sure that I understand well, do you suggest that we add a mention that JupyterLab 0.35 users should execute

jupyter labextension install jupyterlab-jupytext@0.19

(for now this is only documented in the jupyterlab-jupytext README)
