Permission problem on Pi4b, Raspberry Pi OS

Hello all,
I couldn't get to run uhubctl without sudoing. What am I missing, can anybody help please?
I have copied the 52-usb.rules file under /etc/udev/rules.d/ and made no changes on it except for removing the line for Linux version <6.

Device is Pi4b v1.2, running Pi OS.

It contains documentation on what udev rules you need to create to fix this.
Note that included rule https://github.com/mvp/uhubctl/blob/master/udev/rules.d/52-usb.rules
will not work unless you add your own account in dialout group.

Thank you for your answer. But I have already followed those instruction and added the provided udev rule file into /etc/udev/rules.d/, only removing the line for Linux version <6.
You can see in the terminal screenshot above I am in the dialout group too.

Hmm. Then it must be related to Linux 6.x you are using.
Perhaps @hnez or @mgrzeschik can help to debug this - they added support for Linux 6.x.
