Can't re-enable SYCL in stablediffusion until GGML is updated upstream

Enabling SYCL with the stable diffusion backend results in a linker error because mkl_core is missing. Most likely this is due to when I updated oneapi to 2025.1.

We probably need stablediffusion to update to include the following commit from ggml ggml-org/ggml@9394e67

I updated stable-diffusion and now get a different linker error. If I compile SD on it's own inside the same oneapi container then there is no error.

I'm guessing the cmake variables or some other environment are being polluted during the build process so that the wrong flags are passed to the compiler or linker

Ah no, it's actually cgo that is producing linker errors. It's not using the icx compiler.

PR is merged, but with my fork of stable diffusion. When leejet/stable-diffusion.cpp#651 is merged or made obsolete then we can change back to the official repo.
