Not sure anyone uses this code anymore?
I think Muaz gave it up to Covid and is no longer with us.
I have his Scalable Broadcasting working with recording.

Question: How realistic is it to use his Scalable Broadcasting in a production environment?

So based on how the Muaz Scalable Broadcasting is supposed to work, let's say there were 500 viewers
and viewer 250 dropped off. In your opinion, would viewers 251-500 be able to continue viewing with little video affect
or would the be total catastrophe and the loss of viewers 251-500? Is there anything that could be done to prevent any
catastrophe of this type? Or should I forget scalable broadcasting as a free solution?
