HTTP Error #7

Hi, I tried to test curriculum_clustering via a subset of the WebVision dataset v1.0.
But I found that the features are not available at: https://sai-pub.s3.cn-north-1.amazonaws.com.cn/malong-research/curriculumnet/webvision_cls0-9.npy. Thus I have the HTTP Error.
