About model performance (EfficientNetB0) Milestone Project 1

I was doing Milestone Project 1, same as shown and the model performance was not that good, the loss was like 5-10 and the accuracy is like 0.0156 and it's not crossing 0.02 in accuracy, i don't understand what happening, i was doing it on the epochs of 5.

i just recreated same for the excercise with some manipulation and the problem was same.
