Official website inaccessible in my current country

Hi,

I was wondering who to contact to ask to resolve an issue of official website (mpv.io) being inaccessible in Russia? I'm pretty sure it's due to mass blockings of IP ranges made by government aholes.
It's inconvenient and sometimes impossible to connect to VPN every time I visit.

mpv's website is hosted by GitHub. I think you might need to get Mr. Putin to stop the war to fix the problem.

about:networking in Firefox shows this IPs for domain mpv.io:
104.21.43.168
172.67.182.134
Both are Cloudflare's. I'm able to ping both, but for some reason website doesn't open.
I'm sure there's a way around it. How can I help?

P.s. war has nothing to do with it, it's just government blocks IP ranges of Telegram and other projects that doesn't say yes to propaganda and police harassment.
