on/off Heatmap: deal with duplicated protein names

Often, gene names are used for labelling, however, there are sometimes duplicates because multiple protein accessions belong to the same gene name. Then, the generation of the heatmap fails.

Sometimes also the gene names are missing and should be replaced by the protein accession for example
