Problem with hand drawn annotating on iOS/Safari

I have issue with hand drawn annotating on mobile iOS: it seems each stroke creates its own canvas and general experience is poor - page often scrolls instead of new stroke being drawn; what could be the reason? Why I do not see an option to delete stroke on Windows/Chrome (lagacy build) while I see them in Safari?

It just works so incorrectly I do not know how to describe it; it is often not possible to draw a single stroke

The solution was to disable any touch action related to page scrolling and fit the page to the screen so than there are only drawing strokes possible
