How to put these non standard entries in a folder?

Im trying to take the AMD and NVIDIA entries into their own graphics folder. For some reason I cant access those items. Can someone help me figure out how to achieve that? Thanks in advance.

No I want the "graphics" folder to appear only in the desktop rightclick, and then not to appear anywhere else. Removing desktop will make it appear everywhere

This will move the commands to the “Graphics” menu. If the menu doesn’t exist (or more accurately: only exists on the desktop), the commands will disappear.

You're right, I removed type="desktop" from both the menu and the modify, where I should only remove from the modify. This worked, thank you.
Different question, what to do to hide an entry completely?
